Founded in 2020 by Jennifer Crain (right) and Allison Kave (left), Izzy's Paris brings fresh, seasonal craft cocktails made with local ingredients to parties, offices, and homes around Paris.

Jennifer is originally from San Francisco, and has lived in Paris for over a decade. Her California spirit is at the core of Izzy's local, seasonal approach, and it's her mission to bring delicious, fun plant-based cuisine to Parisians.

Allison hails from Brooklyn, where she owned and operated the cocktail bar-bakery Butter & Scotch for six years, and has worked in hospitality for over a decade. She's obsessed by the incredible variety of ingredients found in Parisian marchés, incorporating them into cocktails for unexpected and delectable results.
