This addictive pâté is made with walnuts, local mushrooms, French lentils, lots of herbs and spices, and a splash of Calvados (and it's entirely vegan but you'd never guess!) Serve it up on the accompanying seeded buckwheat crackers (gluten-free & vegan!) for the perfect apéro !
Pâté Ingredients: Lentils, mushrooms, walnuts, shallots, garlic, beet, oat milk, olive oil, soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, verjus, rosemary, thyme, sage, pepper, salt
Cracker Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, pumpkin seeds, oats, olive oil, rosemary, thym, salt
